Technical Features of This Site

Landmarks for Schools and all other Landmark Project web services run on a high-speed Linux Web server runing Apache server software. Interactive features are based on PHP programming scripts and content generation is handled by a MySQL database.

Landmark sites are hosted by EMJI (the original home of Landmarks for Schools in 1995), now Blast Internet Services. The technical staff at Blast have donated much time and expertise to helping me make this a quality, interactive, and valuable Web site. Thanks Steve & Scott.

The Landmarks for Schools Web site has been online and serving educators since 1995. It, and other Web services of The Landmark Project and David Warlick are currently (March 03) reaching educators in 80 countries at a rate of nearly 20,000 page views a day.
